CRG is providing turn-key build to suit services to complete the new R&D Facility for Pfizer in Chesterfield, Missouri. Clayco is the design-builder for this world-class office and laboratory space. As one of the world’s premier innovative biopharmaceutical companies, Pfizer has entrusted CRG and Clayco to deliver a facility that reflects its highest standards for excellence, quality, safety and value.

Pfizer is committed to environmental sustainability, innovative performance, and employee engagement. The site concept is to integrate the new laboratory building with this unique site and its natural beauty, sunset views, and dramatic topography.

The new, dual-purpose structure will pursue LEED Silver certification and be comprised of 240,000 square feet of laboratory space and 70,000 square feet of office space. The design partnership of Lamar Johnson Collaborative and EwingCole merged the expertise and talents of both firms where the unique combination of both research and development labs combined with office and meeting spaces creates one of the most progressive facilities in the pharma industry. Collectively, all architecture, landscape design, engineering, interior and lab/process design was provided by Lamar Johnson Collaborative and Ewing Cole.

The Pilot Plant is a production facility that will be used for the first run of the innovative products that are being developed in the R&D Lab.
