CRG is developing a 19-acre site in the Southwest corner of Sioux Falls, South Dakota for a financial services client.  The office building campus is located within the Interstate of Crossing Business Park situated at I-29 and I-229.

Construction of the new 150,000-square-foot, four story building began in April 2018 and is projected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2019.

To attract an engaged workforce in a competitive labor market, the facility features a free-address office landscape in which employees select from an array of environments based on their task and team. The flexible, forward-looking design offered the client the ability to balance rapidly changing needs with a desire to optimize wellness and sustainability.

Clayco is the design-builder on the project and its subsidiary, Lamar Johnson Collaborative is the architect.
