Unique features include large-scale murals depicting the history of the Mercedes brand and floor-to-ceiling glass surrounding the sales/service offices.

Clayco created a facility for Soave Automotive Group following the “Autohaus” concept mandated by Mercedes Benz. Clayco finished the 36,000-square-foot building in time for Mercedes to debut a new line of cars. Unique features include large-scale murals depicting the history of the Mercedes brand and floor-to-ceiling glass surrounding the sales/service offices. The building is constructed of split-faced block veneer over load-bearing concrete with a 20-foot-tall curtainwall exposing the front showroom. The facility provides sales, business and administrative offices, an interior service drive-thru area, a service office with a reception area and lounge, parts/service reception and storage area, a full-service wash/detail area and a parts service bay with 21 in-ground lifts.
