This attractive two-story brick and glass office building has a prominent view along Interstate 70 and has created a comfortable home for the Home Savings of America facility.
The facility offers state-of-the-art technology and includes a back up generator system for 100 percent of its operation. The first 25,000 square feet of this project was completed and ready for occupancy within the first 120 days of construction. This timetable provided the biggest challenge for the construction and design team.
