This project for The Greater Chicago Food Depository is adjacent to the Greater Chicago Food Depository location at 4100 W Ann Lurie Place. The new, single-story building, called the Meal Prep Building, will be an approximately 36,700-square-foot addition at the southwest corner of the existing building’s main entry. It will consist of precast walls and steel columns, steel beams, and steel joists with shallow concrete foundations.
