CRG developed a 234,000 square-foot office and data center for Express Scripts located in NorthPark business park. The facility is near the Corporation’s already established headquarters buildings and its Technology & Innovation Center.
A 600-acre mixed-use collaboration between Clayco and McEagle Development, the core and shell project was completed on a fast-track schedule with tilt-up panels over structural steel framing cost $36 million. The massive concrete panels measure nearly 60 feet high and 30 feet wide and weigh up to 230,000 pounds. The data center is 13,000 square-feet with high levels of security and backup systems.
Home to SKF, Schnucks and NorthPark Distribution Centers, Vatterott College and a Hilton Garden Inn Hotel, NorthPark is a 550-acre premier business park located just east of St. Louis Lambert International Airport and surrounded by 3 major interstates serving the Greater St. Louis area and region.
