This 165,000-square-foot call center for Citigroup’s Citi Cards division is located in Boise, Idaho. Construction of the call center was completed in late 2004.
The three-story office building and call center will house approximately 1,100 employees and include a data center, cafeteria and wellness center. Raised access floors will allow flexibility for data cabling, mechanical and electrical systems. With painted site-cast concrete panels for exterior walls and an interior structural steel frame, the building express both their function and Citigroup’s corporate image.
