CRG provided real estate development for this 60,000-square-foot, two-story medical office building.

The one-stop outpatient care services performed at this location complement the existing orthopedic practice at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. The LEED certified facility features ambulatory surgery suites, examination rooms, diagnostic radiology and physician offices. Sustainable features include enhanced HVAC systems, low-flow toilets and water-conserving fixtures. It is the practice’s primary facility for sports medicine, hand surgery, shoulder surgery, foot and ankle surgery, and physical medicine and rehabilitation, along with the full spectrum of orthopedic services.

Along with CRG, Clayco worked closely with the client to deliver a facility that would enable top-ranked specialists to offer the best outpatient orthopedic services, including outpatient surgery, sports medicine care and comprehensive rehabilitation services.
