The Cubes at Locust Grove

1 2 3 / 3

The Cubes at Locust Grove is a 340-acre master-planned industrial park that is located along I-75, 35 miles southeast of Atlanta.

CRG is developing The Cubes at Locust Grove. The Project is a 340-acre site strategically located one mile from I-75 and provides excellent access to both local and regional distribution, convenient amenities, and a qualified labor force.

CRG has looked for superior sites throughout the Atlanta industrial market, and the Locust Grove development delivers to today’s modern industrial users on all counts. This development meets the growing demand while creating a multiple-phase business park. Atlanta is the largest industrial market in the Southeast and the fourth largest in the United States. The city’s mature and extensive transportation network includes the busiest passenger airport in the world, three major interstate highways, and the Port of Savannah within a four-hour drive.

Clayco was the design-builder, and its subsidiary Lamar Johnson Collaborative was the architect of the project.
