Matt Dittman serves as Senior Vice President & Partner at CRG where he leads the firm’s industrial development and investment strategy throughout key Southeast markets. Matt works closely with capital partners and CRG’s development teams to identify, finance, and deliver logistics real estate projects that maximize value for investors.
Since joining CRG in 2020, he has played a pivotal role in guiding capital-raising, portfolio management, and industrial development for CRG’s multi-billion-dollar pipeline, overseeing underwriting, fundraising, disposition, and market research for projects across the Southeast. With 15 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and development, Matt has been involved in more than 35 development projects spanning 10 U.S. markets. He has also been deeply involved in CRG’s Southeast region for several years, providing extensive support to the regional development team and developing a strong understanding of the Southeast industrial market.
Matt has helped CRG launch multiple successful investment funds, including U.S. Logistics Fund I and II, which collectively raised over $600 million to support the development and acquisition of logistics assets with an expected value of nearly $2 billion. In addition, he has managed the disposition of approximately $1.35+ billion in assets, secured roughly $965 million in construction financing, and overseen the acquisition of more than 1,800 acres of land for industrial development.
