CRG is developing The Cubes at DuPont, a 1.6 million square foot institutional – quality business park on the former Intel campus in DuPont, Washington.
The Cubes at DuPont includes an existing 340,000-square-foot facility that will undergo extensive capital improvements. Phase 1 of the development is designed to include a 750,200 square foot state-of-the art distribution facility. CRG is working with the various community agencies to seek final approvals. Phase 2 plans include a 494,900 square foot state-of-the art distribution facility.
