CRG was the developer for this new delivery center facility for Amazon on 35 acres of land in St. Peters, Missouri. The building is 140,740 square feet and was completed in 10 months.
The structure is made up of precast wall panels, structural steel, and has both an EPDM and PTO mechanically attached single ply roof system. The truck docks and dolly pads are concrete pavement, while the remainder of the site is asphalt pavement.
