This Soft Line project for Amazon is 777,150 square feet with 225,000 square feet of mezzanine space for a total of 1,002,150 square feet. This facility is located on a 62-acre site in Atlanta, Georgia.
The structures are made out of tilt-up concrete panels and structural steel, the parking areas are made of both asphalt and concrete paving, the roofing material is a 60 mill mechanically attached TPO roof membrane.
