CRG was the developer for this new AR Sorting facility for Amazon on 73 acres of land in Etna, Ohio. While the footprint of the building is 856,542 square feet, with mezzanines throughout, the total building is 2,338,622 square feet under roof.
The structure is made up of precast wall panels, structural steel, and has both an EPDM and PTO mechanically attached single ply roof system.
