Chief Development Officer
Chris McKee is the principal, chief development officer for CRG, where he is responsible for leading and executing the Company’s strategic development goals in the industrial, residential, office, institutional, and master-planned verticals across the United States. Through collaborative leadership alongside CRG’s President, Shawn Clark, Chris has helped position CRG as a leading national real estate development and investment firm that has developed more than 10,000 acres of land and delivered over 210 million square feet of assets, exceeding $13 billion in value across all verticals.
Chris is responsible for CRG’s seven national offices and oversees all aspects of the development deal flow process, including site identification, land acquisition and negotiation, economic analysis, public engagement and entitlements, underwriting, design, build, and construction. With nearly twenty years of commercial real estate experience, Chris has an established background in identifying and delivering valuable real estate development opportunities.
Chris is a member of the Young President’s Organization St. Louis Chapter, a member of Missouri Baptist Medical Center’s Board and Chairman of Washington University’s Catholic Student Center Board of Directors.
Chris holds a Masters of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, a Masters of Science, in Environmental Engineering, from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, and a Bachelor of Engineering, in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.
