CRG developed Vatterott College’s corporate headquarters located in NorthPark business park in St. Louis, Missouri. The 90,000 square-foot building also provides classroom space to students.
Home to Express Scripts Headquarters, SKF, Schnucks and NorthPark Distribution Centers and a Hilton Garden Inn Hotel, NorthPark is a 550-acre premier business park located just east of St. Louis Lambert International Airport and surrounded by 3 major interstates serving the Greater St. Louis area and region.
Vatterott College is one of the largest private for-profit postsecondary education entities in the United States. Vatterott offers a diversified range of diploma programs, associate degrees and bachelor degrees in advanced trade industries and computer technology, serving more than 9,000 students annually on 16 campuses across eight mid-western states. The college is owned by Wellspring Capital Management.
