CRG has appointed Colliers to lead its leasing efforts, with a team comprising Thomas Rodeno, Patrick Turner, and Sean Austin spearheading marketing and tenant negotiations through project completion. DSI is serving as the general contractor, leveraging its deep experience in timely, budget-conscious industrial construction. Lamar Johnson Collaborative (LJC), CRG’s integrated design partner, led the architectural design to ensure the facility delivers on functionality, efficiency, and quality.
