Susan Bergdoll joined CRG in August 2023 and serves as the Senior Vice President & Partner for CRG’s Midwest Region, leveraging an incredible 25+ year career in commercial real estate.
Prior to joining CRG, Susan led Duke Realty’s Central Region, overseeing an expansive portfolio of 39 million square feet. While at Duke she steered the development of $150-$250 million of speculative and build-to-suit projects annually. Her strategic acumen was evident in spearheading land acquisition and site selection, ensuring a steady stream of development opportunities. Susan’s direction of high-profile Chicago transactions, valued at over $655mm, included notable collaborations with industry giants such as Home Depot, Wayfair, and Amazon. During her tenure, she clinched the title of Duke Salesperson of the Year and won the Chicago NAIOP Deal of the Year in 2021.
Susan served as the NAIOP Chicago Chapter President in 2022 and has been an essential part of their Executive Board for five years. Additionally, she has advised the iWire Board for half a decade and remains an active member of Crew Chicago and AIRE Chicago.
