CRG developed a 14-story, 209-unit residential complex with 428 bedrooms in the Delmar Loop in St. Louis, Missouri. The development includes 10 residential floors, an amenity floor, three levels of parking and 4,500 square feet of ground-level retail.
The fully furnished bedrooms and living space include one, two and three bedroom units. Furnishings include stacked washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets and nine-foot ceilings.
The amenity floor includes a 1,800-square-foot fitness and yoga room overlooking the 18” deep outdoor sunning pool. The 2,500-square-foot lounge area will include comfortable seating, a television area, kitchen, coffee bar, gaming area and restrooms.
Barbecue grills and a fire pit complete the outdoor deck. Additional features include secure parking, four meeting rooms, a 1,900-square-foot lobby lounge, space for 110 bikes and a fix-it station.
