In partnership with the Koman Group, CRG is developed The Edge located at 1750 Euclid directly across from the green quad of Cleveland State University’s main campus. The eleven-story residential building connects three parcels along the full block of East 18th between Prospect and Euclid streets in downtown Cleveland.
The exterior of the building is clad with glass, brick and fiber cement panels. The massing, materials and finishes have been selected to re-introduce the urban scale and architectural vocabulary of the neighboring Playhouse Square district. The building includes 240 residential suites with a double height lobby, a fitness center, lounge, study areas and a 163-car secured private parking garage. Each of the one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom suites include private baths, a living room, kitchen, washer and dryer. Outside, tenants can enjoy a private outdoor amenity courtyard.
