Kevin Scott is Senior Vice President and Partner for the Ohio Valley Region at CRG, where he leads the firm’s industrial development and investment strategy throughout key Ohio Valley markets. Based in Chicago, he works closely with capital partners and CRG’s development teams to identify, finance, and deliver logistics real estate projects that maximize value for investors.
Kevin currently oversees several high-profile industrial developments under CRG’s national “The Cubes” brand. These include The Cubes at Sparta Pike near Nashville, Park Loop @ I-65 outside Louisville, and The Cubes at Etna near Columbus. Across these projects, Kevin is driving the creation of millions of square feet of next-generation logistics facilities that serve leading users in key distribution corridors.
Prior to joining CRG, Kevin was Vice President at Molto Properties, where he led capital deployment and development strategy for the Midwest. He successfully sourced and executed numerous industrial developments and acquisitions across major U.S. logistics markets.
Earlier in his career, Kevin served as Market Officer for Prologis in Tennessee, where he was responsible for acquisition, disposition, leasing, and operations in the Nashville and Memphis regions. His broad experience across investment, development, and operations informs his strategic leadership at CRG.
