In partnership with Venture One, CRG developed a 164,000-square-foot building that replaced the company’s existing headquarters in Milwaukee.

Stella & Chewy’s is an all-natural pet products manufacturer dedicated to improving the health of our dogs and cats. Completed by Clayco, the facility is a freezer/cooler building with production, packaging, research and development lab, distribution space and 23,700 square feet of administrative offices.

The pet-friendly facility will also include an outdoor dog run.
