St. Louis based developer CRG is pleased to partner with Resolute Forest Products Inc. for the development of at 310,000-square-foot expandable distribution center to handle the robust growth of its tissue products division in Calhoun, Tennessee. Expandable by 550,000 square feet, the facility will serve as the main distribution center for the manufacturer’s logistic chain.

Clayco served as the design-builder on the project and its subsidiary, Lamar Johnson Collaborative was the architect on the project.
