Johnson & Johnson selected CRG, Clayco and Lamar Johnson Collaborative to develop and design-build a 1.05 million-square-foot facility in Mooresville, Indiana. The single-story building was constructed using tilt-up concrete over structural steel and was the first building in the 70 West Commerce Center. The warehouse facility includes 30,000 square feet of office space, 38-foot clear heights, 100 percent emergency back up power, and is fully air-conditioned throughout.

Clayco was also selected to complete a 450,000-square-foot expansion to the existing facility. The new expansion includes a small office space and is separated from the original structure by two MFL walls.
