CRG and Venture One co-developed a 996,990-square-foot warehouse-distribution facility for Georgia Pacific.  The new facility was built on 54.35 acres of land in University Park, Illinois.

Exactly 4,340-square-feet of the new facility includes main office area. The structure is made up of precast wall panels, structural steel and will have a ballasted EPDM roof system. The truck docks, drive aisles and trailer storage are all concrete pavement with asphalt paving at the employee parking lot. In total, there will be 100 dock door positions and 2 drive-in doors. HVAC, electrical, fire protection and plumbing scopes of work are all being designed and installed as design-build.

Parent company Clayco served as the design-builder. Its subsidiary, Lamar Johnson Collaborative was the architect on the project. Construction was complete June 2017.
