Tim oversees the management of CRG’s corporate communications, branding, public relations, and digital marketing initiatives. Since joining the firm in November 2021, Tim has been instrumental in enhancing CRG’s market presence and strategic communications.

Prior to joining CRG, Tim served as Vice President of Corporate Communications and Sustainability at Retail Properties of America, Inc. (RPAI), a publicly traded REIT. During his 15-year tenure at RPAI, he played a pivotal role in the company’s rebranding efforts during its 2012 IPO and was elected an officer in 2013. Tim was integral in shaping and communicating the company’s strategic objectives, milestones, and corporate sustainability achievements.

At CRG, Tim is responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across various sectors, including industrial, residential, student housing, office, and mixed-use projects. Tim also manages CRG’s social media presence, website updates, and press releases, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Tim supports CRG’s philanthropic efforts, including RVCL.org and its support annual event, Illumination. This immersive theatrical event raises over $1 million annually to support rare disease research.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois, where he remains an active alumni of the College of Business.
