As Vice President at CRG, Natasha helps lead the firm’s data center development initiatives and master development projects, overseeing deals from site selection and entitlement through design, construction, and delivery. She is instrumental in expanding CRG’s data center platform, bringing expertise in identifying strategic sites with access to power, water, and fiber, and ensuring projects are executed with speed, certainty, and flexibility to meet the needs of hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise users. Natasha’s work supports CRG’s mission to deliver best-in-class assets across the U.S., leveraging strategic partnerships and disciplined execution.
Before joining CRG, Natasha practiced as a tax credit and incentive finance attorney, where she counseled investors, community development entities, nonprofit organizations, and developers on financing complex real estate and tax credit transactions. This legal and financial background provides her with a unique perspective on structuring deals and aligning stakeholder interests to drive successful developments.
Natasha is deeply engaged in her community. She serves on the Board of Trustees for Marian Middle School, the Advisory Board for Enterprise Bank & Trust, the Board of Directors for St. Louis CCIM, the Emerging Leaders Board of the Missouri Growth Association, and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
