As Chief Investment Officer, Industrial and Infrastructure, Kevin oversees CRG’s equity and debt capital raising, with a primary focus on our industrial developments as well as select commercial and mixed-use projects. Based in Chicago, he leads our Capital Markets business unit, with responsibility for underwriting new developments and tenant pursuits, overseeing the disposition of our completed projects, structuring joint ventures, and managing them throughout the development life cycle. Since joining CRG in 2019, he has led $5 billion of transaction volume between equity raising, debt procurement, and asset sales.
Kevin also oversees CRG’s Asset Management team and leads a variety of portfolio management functions for our comingled funds, in partnership with our Fund Management and Investor Relations teams. He helps formulate new investment strategies and vehicles, and plays a key role in coordinating the activities of our Investment Committee, of which he is a voting member.
Prior to joining CRG, Kevin worked across real estate asset classes as an investment banker with Goldman, Sachs & Co, executing over $12 billion of M&A, debt & equity capital raising and lending engagements. He also spent time directing portfolio strategy with the nation’s largest office REIT (Equity Office), and led key finance, strategy, and operations initiatives in the takeover and successful turnaround of Equity Commonwealth, an $8 billion office REIT.
