36th Annual Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards benefiting the Greater Chicago Food Depository. The 36th annual awards were a celebration of the achievements of Chicago’s top industry leaders and professionals and support the Greater Chicago Food Depository’s mission to cultivate healthier communities.

The Cubes at Country Club Hills, developed by CRG, represents a landmark achievement in the Chicago commercial real estate market. This project, completed in 2023, exemplifies innovation and strategic foresight in industrial real estate development.

The 2024 Illinois RE Journals Real Estate Awards recognizes “the best of the best” in the commercial real estate industry. CRG and its team were honored to win four awards in the categories below.

This project has been a standout in the industrial sector, and we are delighted to see it recognized for its significance and impact. The Cubes at Country Club Hills was designed by Lamar Johnson Collaborative, and Clayco served as general contractor.
