CRG Announces Industrial Development in Central Pennsylvania
YORK, PA – CRG, national real estate development and investment firm, is developing The Cubes at York, a 311,920-square-foot speculative industrial distribution warehouse in the York submarket of Central Pennsylvania. The 29-acre site is central to the I-81/I-78 Industrial Corridor.
“As we looked for opportunities to increase CRG’s footprint in this region, this site was of particular interest because it is integral to the prolific I-81 industrial corridor that is already an established center for retailers, consumer products companies and third-party logistics firms in the Eastern United States,” said CRG Senior Vice President/Partner Frank Petkunas.
The Cubes at York is the seventh industrial park of “The Cubes” brand, owned and developed by CRG in North America. Clayco will serve as the design-builder on the project and its subsidiary, Lamar Johnson Collective is the architect. Construction is expected to begin Q4 2019.
CRG is also currently developing The Cubes at Lehigh Valley, a 450,000-square-foot industrial building in Lehigh Valley, which is 60 miles west of the Port of Newark in East Allen Township, Pennsylvania.
