The Cubes at Hobart

The mega-site can accommodate building sizes exceeding 1.2 million square feet.

CRG is developing The Cubes at Hobart, a 127.9-acre industrial mega site with 1.2 million square feet of potential in Hobart, Indiana. The site offers adjacencies to U.S. Interstates 65, 90, and 94.

Once completed, the 1.2 million square foot cross-dock warehouse will offer industry-leading features offered by The Cubes – CRG’s North American industrial brand that features include 40’ clear height, ESFR sprinkler systems, high efficiency LED lighting, ample dock doors, trailer storage, and car parks associated with the new state-of-the-art industrial distribution centers sought out by the nation’s leading companies.

Clayco will serve as the design-builder and its subsidiary Lamar Johnson Collaborative is the architect on the project.
