CRG is developing The Cubes at Emig Road, a 311,920-square-foot speculative industrial distribution warehouse in the submarket of Central Pennsylvania. The 29-acre site is central to the I-81/I-78 Industrial Corridor.
“As we looked for opportunities to increase CRG’s footprint in this region, this particular site was of particular interest because it is integral to the prolific I-81 industrial corridor that is already an established center for retailers, consumer products companies and third-party logistics firms in the Eastern United States,”said CRG’s Northeast Region Senior Vice President and Partner Frank Petkunas.
The Cubes at Emig Road is the seventh industrial park of “The Cubes” brand, owned and developed by CRG in North America. Clayco will serve as the design-builder on the project and its subsidiary, Lamar Johnson Collaborative, is the architect.
