Jeff leads all aspects of CRG Midwest activity, including capital development, leasing and asset management. He has worked with Fortune 500 clients throughout his career, developing and managing the design and construction of projects totaling more than 15 million square feet and approximately $900 million in market value.
Jeff’s recent work at CRG includes The Cubes at Country Club Hills – a 1.03 million square foot industrial project in the Chicago market that recently signed a full-building lease with a national manufacturer. He also has an active 1.0 million square foot industrial project currently under construction in Minneapolis called, The Cubes at French Lake.
Prior to joining CRG in April 2020, Jeff spent 28 years at IDI Logistics, where he started as an Assistant Development Manager in 1991, working his way up to market leader after several positions within the company, including oversight of the Salt Lake region.
